I have included full prospecti for several of these books, primarily so that you can see what they are about, but also because people often ask me how to prepare a book prospectus and I thought including some of mine might be helpful. I will soon provide prospecti on the books that my colleagues and I are currently developing on midwifery in Canada and Mexico.
